You can download informatica 9.5 version software from edelivery.oracle.com and you need to login and accept the terms and conditons. select product pack as Oracle business intelligence and 32 or 64 bit platform according to your requirment.
then you need to select Oracle Business Intelligence 11g Media Pack for Microsoft Windows (32-bit) and click on continue if platform is 32 bit. Then you can find four parts of zip files with part number as V41972 and download them to your pc.
If platform is 64 bit you need to select Oracle Business Intelligence 11g Media Pack for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) and click continue and you need to download V41973 01 to 04 partnumbers.
